The platform provides backend integration tools that allow merchants to connect their Google Merchant Center accounts and manage product data synchronization.

This service is intended for registered users only.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of their login credentials
Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and Google policies

3. Google Account Connection

By connecting your Google account, you authorize the platform to access your Google Merchant Center data for the purpose of integration and synchronization.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Multi-Tenant Architecture

The platform supports multiple independent merchants.

Each merchant account is isolated
No access to other users' data is permitted
Data is processed independently per store

5. Data Usage

We only process data required for the functionality of the integration.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or suspend the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the platform, including issues related to third-party services such as Google.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the user violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Google Terms

Use of this platform is also subject to Google's Terms of Service where applicable.
